General

To shop at Arrak Outdoor you must be at least 18 years of age or have the approval of a parent or guardian.

Delivery

We send all our shipments with UPS. We pack and send all shipments on the same working day or the following working day after we receive your order. Usually, your order will be delivered to you as customer within 2-5 working days at a cost of 7,9€. You can also take an express shipment to a cost of 12,9€ with 1-2 days delivery.

Order outside EU

Any local and custom costs may apply outside EU, this will be charged to you as a customer.

Payment

All payments are made with Visa or MasterCard via Klarna bank which is a safe payment method. At Arrak Outdoor we do not save any card details as Klarna bank are handling this information.

Unclaimed Deliveries

If packages are not claimed we charge the customer 15 Euro to cover shipping, return shipping and handling fees.

Return & Exchange

Of course, the garment must be in the same condition as when you received it. You may try on the garment but not wear it.

When changing an item to another item, size or color, or to simply regret a purchase, you can return the items, with packaging, to us as soon as possible by using the attached return form to stick onto the package, and hand it in at the nearest shipping agent.

We do not charge anything extra for returns – we cover this cost.

Attach the complete return form. (NOTE! If the documentation has not been filled out the risk is that we will not be able to handle your return and it will then be sent out again with an additional shipping charge.)

We send your new/changed items to you at no extra shipping cost, or credit you the sum of the purchase if you regret the purchase. We handle all returns within 7 days of receiving the items.

Custom Names/Refined Products

Products that have been refined with a custom print or name are considered special products and such products can NOT be returned. Only complaints such as factory errors or similar are accepted as reasons for returns of these products. So please make sure to double check the size before ordering products with custom prints.

Personal Protection Act/GDPR

At Arrak Outdoor we work actively with protecting your personal information in compliance with the GDPR. Our suppliers such as the payment service have their own GDPR routines that they follow. At Arrak Outdoor we never save personal numbers or card details as our suppliers handle that information. If you have any questions concerning how we work with GDPR you can contact us.
